When a number of New England college students are brutally murdered by a chainsaw-wielding maniac, hardy cop Lieutenant Bracken (Christopher George) and his partner Sergeant Holden (Frank Brana) are called in to investigate. Thinking the killer must work at the college, the police decide to send in undercover agent Mary Riggs (Linda Day George) in an attempt to find the culprit. However, with time running out and a number of shady suspects still under suspicion, the team must act quickly to identify the killer before they can strike again.
